Louisville authorities identify 76-year-old Manslick Road homicide victim

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Authorities in Louisville released the name of an elderly man who was shot and killed Wednesday night in south Louisville.

Richard Kevin Jenkins was pronounced dead at the scene of the shooting in the 7800 block of Manslick Road, near Oakcrest Court, around 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office.

LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating, but there are no suspects or arrests at this time.
