LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly distributing fentanyl causing a death.
Tyler Cull, 25, was indicted Wednesday on distributing a mixture and substance containing fentanyl in Jefferson and Hardin counties on Dec. 14, 2024 that resulted in a death.
Cull was previously indicted in April for possession with the intent to distribute 40 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing fentanyl in a March incident in Louisville.
A federal judge in June ordered Cull to be detained where he remains in federal custody pending trial.
If convicted of distribution resulting in death, Cull faces a minimum of 20 years in prison. There is no parole in the federal system.
