LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man they say was caught on video harassing and threatening a family in the city's Jacobs neighborhood last month.
LMPD announced the arrest of Henry Jose Vasquez Romero, 27, in a Facebook post on Thursday.
In September, the department shared a post asking for help identifying the man.
Police said Vasquez Romero walked up to someone's property in the 3600 block of Woodruff in the city's Jacobs neighborhood on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
Doorbell video shows a man walking onto someone's property on Woodruff Avenue.
He then points to a child and said, "I want my baby back." The child's mother puts herself between the suspect and the child.
The man then grabbed a shovel and threatened the family before running away.
Vasquez Romero is charged with menacing, criminal trespassing and other charges.
