LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville man was arrested this weekend after police said he shot and stole Flock cameras from a park in the Pleasure Ridge Park neighborhood.

Christopher Embry, 35, pleaded not guilty to several charges in court Wednesday, including first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree criminal trespassing, firing a gun across a public road, tampering with physical evidence and receiving stolen property.

According to Embry's arrest citation, the incident happened at Riverview Park around 1:30 a.m. Saturday.

Police said along with shooting a Flock camera at the park, Embry also allegedly fired at two Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies who were patrolling the area at the time. The citation also said he shot toward the location of other people at the park.

A few days later, investigators searched Embry's home in PRP and found five Flock cameras or parts of the cameras, including components and solar panels.

The equipment was damaged, and the citation said it was worth an estimated $4,850.

The citation also said police found several guns, including the one they believe was used to shoot the camera.

Embry's bond is set at $50,000.
