LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested more than three years after a deadly shooting in Pleasure Ridge Park.

The Louisville Metro Police Department announced Wednesday that 46-year-old Adrian Anderson was charged in connection with a homicide that happened April 13, 2023, in the 5200 block of Mars Court.

According to LMPD, Anderson is charged with murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Officers responding to the 5200 block of Mars Court found a man who had been shot. He died at the scene. Shortly after that shooting, a second man arrived at UofL Health – Mary & Elizabeth Hospital in a private vehicle. That victim was also pronounced dead.

At the time, investigators said it was too early to determine whether the two deadly shootings were connected.

The men were identified as Darrin Hailey, 19, and Jadon Anderson, 19.

LMPD said the investigation remains active and ongoing.
