LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man charged in a homicide in west Louisville Tuesday night pleaded not guilty in court. 

Police arrested 20-year-old Cedell Harraway on Wednesday. He is accused of shooting the victim several times.

LMPD says surveillance video shows the victim hitting Harraway with a cane before Harraway shot him. 

A judge ordered Harraway to have no contact with the victim's family.
