LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- One of the victims in a double shooting Saturday night in Shively died later that night.
Shively Police Sgt. Jordan Brown said the man died after the shooting in the 4100 block of Cheviot Drive, near Crums Lane and Interstate 264.
When police arrived on scene about 7:45 p.m., officers found two people who had been shot. Police said a female was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. But the man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to police. He later died.
Brown said police believe the shooting was targeted and not random.
