LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man shot on Friday night in Louisville's California neighborhood has died, according to police.
In a news release, Louisville Metro Police said officers were called about 6:40 p.m. to a reported shooting on Osage Avenue near 22nd Street. When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot. They rendered first aid before EMS arrived, and he was taken to UofL Health Hospital downtown.
Police said on Saturday that the man died overnight. His name has not been released.
