LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man is in critical condition after a shooting in the Southside neighborhood on Saturday morning, according to Louisville Metro Police.
LMPD Sgt. Matt Sanders said police responded to a shooting in the 100 block of East Southland Boulevard, near Southside Drive, around 11:37 a.m. When police arrived on scene, they found a 45-year-old man in a car with multiple gunshot wounds in a parking lot.
The man was taken to University of Louisville Hospital in critical condition, according to Sanders.
LMPD's Non-Fatal Shooting Squad will lead the investigation.
