LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Ohio mother charged with the murder of her 4-year-old is now seven months pregnant.
The report comes from WXIX Fox 19 in Cincinnati. According to the report, a prosecutor says 24-year-old Britney Roll Mayes posts a substantial risk to her unborn child.

She pleaded not guilty in a brief court appearance, which came just minutes after Hamilton County's coroner announced she ruled Avery Lee Hobbs' death a homicide.
"Avery suffered blunt force injuries of her head," wrote Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco in a prepared statement released Thursday morning.
Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Josh Berkowitz said the "allegations are beyond comprehension."
The case goes to a grand jury for possible indictment Aug. 22.
Cincinnati police homicide investigators arrested her Wednesday, nearly two weeks after her daughter, Avery Lee Hobbs, was found unresponsive in a bathroom at their Beech Avenue home.
Court documents state Mayes caused the death of her daughter "as a proximate result of the offender's committing a felonious assault."
Hamilton County's coroner ruled the girl's death a homicide.
"Avery suffered blunt force injuries of her head," wrote Dr. Lakshmi Sammarco in a prepared statement released Thursday morning.
The case goes to a Hamilton County grand jury for possible indictment Aug. 22.
The child's grandmother has told FOX19 NOW she had guardianship of Avery from three weeks after her birth to near the time of her fourth birthday. Then, the little girl was placed back with her mother, who was sentenced to six months in a state prison after pleading guilty to an attempted child endangering charge in 2012.
Avery's grandmother expressed gratitude to Cincinnati police for their hard work and care for the little girl. She also said two funds have been established.
"We would like to thank the police department for their efforts," Tammy Manor Risen wrote in a Facebook posting Wednesday. "They gave Avery a voice. We have not had time to mourn Avery as we are still fighting for her remains to bury her with dignity.
"Our family: Tammy Manor Risen(grandmother) Timothy David Hobbs (grandfather) Jonathan Risen (step-Pappy) Angela M Williams(aunt) Greg Williams Jr. (uncle) and ultimately JamieLee Hobbs ( Avery's father), she wrote. "It is with our deepest gratitude for all of your support and again the police efforts. There are two funds set for Avery. Avery Hobbs Memorial Fund at 5/3rd Bank and Avery Hobbs Memorial Fund at Main Source Bank. Those funds will aid the family in our continued fight for justice and her memorial. Thank you all."
