LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana man is facing 30 counts of possession of child pornography.Â
Indiana State Police said troopers began investigating 26-year-old Otisco, Indiana, resident Trevor Slaughter in December after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to a news release Tuesday.Â
The cyber tip report indicated a specific account was possibly used to transmit child pornography images or video files.Â
On March 11, detectives spotted Slaughter in a vehicle in downtown Clarksville and conducted a traffic stop. Slaughter was then served with a search warrant and subsequently arrested.
Each of the 30 charges is a level 5 Felony.
Slaughter was taken to the Clark County Jail without further incident.
