LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana man was arrested Wednesday and charged with driving while intoxicated with two underage kids in the vehicle.

Indiana State Police said a trooper saw an SUV driving 96 MPH around 9 p.m. before it switched lanes, passing him at 85 MPH without signaling, then returned to the other lane.

ISP pulled over the vehicle and believed that 42-year-old Alexander Bland of Georgetown, Indiana, was intoxicated while two underage kids were present.

Bland was taken to the Floyd County Jail and charged with operating while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated with a minor in a vehicle and operating while intoxicated - endangerment.
