LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana man was arrested Monday for allegedly running a dentist office without a license.
Seymour Police said in a Facebook post that officers responded to a medical call that led them into an investigation in Seymour.
Officers searched a location at the Village Green Mobile Home Park and located several dental instruments, medications, and "rogue dental instruments."
Fredy Felipe-Pascual, 31, was arrested and charged with practicing dentistry without a license and criminal recklessness. This is Pascual's second arrest in six months on the same charges.
He was previously arrested in March after police received a tip and searched a home on Gaiser Drive, where they found evidence of an illegal dentist office. That case is still pending, according to Seymour Police.
Pascual is being held at the Jackson County Jail.
