LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Spencer County Sheriff's Office is encouraging people to lock their vehicles after a string of thefts Saturday morning.
The sheriff's office said several vehicles were targeted, but the thefts are not isolated to the area. Spencer County Sheriff's Office said some of the areas targeted were Mattie Drive, Plum Creek, Courtney Lane and Dale Lane.
Some of the items stolen include guns, purses, cash, bank cards, social security cards, identification documents and keys.
"To safeguard your property, please lock your vehicles and remove any valuables," Spencer County Sheriff's Office posted.
