LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman was hospitalized after being shot early Sunday morning.
Dwight Mitchell, a spokesman for Louisville Metro Police, said officers responded to UofL Hospital around 8 a.m. on a woman who had been shot in the leg.
Her injuries were considered non-life threatening. Police said the shooting might've happened in the area of 22nd and Market streets.
LMPD's Non-Fatal shooting Unit is investigating.
