LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Elizabethtown Police said a threat was made towards Elizabethtown Independence Schools.
In a Facebook post made Monday morning, EPD said it was contacted by the district regarding a social media post that was threatening the students and staff at TK Stone Middle School.
Police also said similar posts were made towards other schools throughout Kentucky.
The threats were found to be non-credible.
An additional presence of police will be at the school today out of an abundance of caution.
