LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department has canceled a Golden Alert for a 67-year-old woman who was reported missing by her family. 

Vanessa Gentry-Phillips' family was worried when they couldn't find her after she was taken to Norton West Hospital by Louisville EMS on Sunday, according to a news release.

Gentry-Phillips was found and has been reunited with family members, according to a news release received just after 3:30 p.m. Monday.
