LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - The girls involved in a brutal beating on a Carroll County school bus may face criminal charges.
David Foster, the father of the victim, says he's meeting with Carrollton Police to file charges.
This video first appeared on Facebook, showing a girl who Foster identifies as his 13-year-old daughter being attacked by at least two other girls on a school bus.
Foster says the attack happened Nov. 15, after his daughter was asked if she liked a particular boy.
The family is using the video to speak out against bullying.
