LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The man accused of killing an Oldham County 5th grader while running from police was in court Wednesday.
Tymetrius Walter appeared before an Oldham County judge, who found enough probable cause to refer the case to a grand jury.
Walter is accused of running from police and crashing into a car on Interstate 71 in Oldham County earlier this month.Â
Jake Luxemburger, who would have turned 11 on Sept. 25, died.Â
Walter is facing charges of murder, fleeing from police, reckless driving, wanton endangerment and others. He pleaded not guilty.
