LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The developer behind a plan to build a massive $250 million complex in the Highlands wants to take on another project right across the street.
An 18-story complex at the corner of Lexington Road and Grinstead Drive called One Park got full approval from the city in 2019.
Neighbors feared that the project was too big for the area, which is right next to Cherokee Park. Now, the developer is planning another project, across Lexington Road, just north of the initial development.
It would be called One Park North and would feature residential, office, retail and restaurant space.
The developer held a virtual meeting Wednesday night to hear concerns from neighbors and their suggestions for the project.
