LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Indiana faces another lawsuit filed against the state's gay marriage ban.

Two new federal lawsuits have been filed on behalf of five gay couples and three other plaintiffs. The suit says that Indiana's ban discriminates the couples, including the plaintiffs who have two children.

It also says the law denies legal protections and benefits to three of the couples who were married in other states.

Another suit was filed Friday by four lesbian couples.

Both suits claim that Indiana's ban is unconstitutional.
