LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — There have now been 16 weather-related deaths confirmed in Kentucky from to the winter storm.
Gov. Andy Beshear said Monday that a 75-year-old woman in Adair County died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 16.

On Saturday, Beshear also confirmed that a 73-year-old man in Ballard County, a 66-year-old man in Daviess County, and a 64-year-old man in Hart County died.
The Jefferson County Coroner's Office in Louisville also confirmed that 56-year-old Ricky Marshall died from hypothermia.
Other deaths include: a 72-year-old woman in Whitley County; a 68-year-old man in Daviess County; a 79-year-old man in Graves County; a 64-year-old man and two 71-year-old men in Johnson County; a 48-year-old man in Morgan County; a 78-year-old man in Owen County and a 62-year-old man in Pulaski County.
To help the families of those who died, Beshear said the Team Kentucky Emergency Relief Fund will be reopened, which will provide $10,000 to each family for funeral expenses.
