LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- In what police call a growing trend, another police officer was stuck with a needle while searching a suspect Monday -– according to a Louisville Metro Police arrest report.
An LMPD officer said he was searching Joseph “Ray” Blair and asked if he had any needles on him. Blair responded that he had a rig, but the officer said he didn’t know what that meant and continued searching.
