LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A federal jury found a Louisville man guilty of possession of child pornography on Wednesday.
During a home visit in September 2022, a U.S. probation officer found a cell phone containing images and videos of child porn.
Jason Florence, 49, was already on supervised release for a prior conviction for attempting to transport and possession of child porn in 2015.
Florence is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 19, and faces the maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
There is no parole in the federal system.
