LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville Metro Animal Services is encouraging adoptions as the animal shelter hits a "Code Red" status.
LMAS said on Sunday there were only two open kennels and a police officer was expected to bring two more dogs to the shelter. LMAS shared a video on Facebook of dogs available for adoption.
