LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A Louisville Ph.D. student will join the next season of The Bachelor.
The bio for Natalie Phillips, 25, on The Bachelor Nation website opens with: "Natalie is ready to find the passionate love she’s always dreamed of and hopes to meet someone who will truly make her feel like sparks are flying."
It continues to share she has a dog named Tuck, values good communication in a relationship and looks up to her parents' more than three decades long marriage.
According to Phillips' social media, she attended California Polytechnic State University for her undergraduate degree and received a master's degree at Spalding University, where she still attends.
When she's not working she says she enjoys sports, romance movies and exploring old neighborhoods with beautiful homes, according to her bio.
Grant Ellis is The Bachelor for season 29. The season premiere is Monday.
