LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — Police are asking for the community's help to find an item that helps a child with an autism.

Tuesday, the Louisville Metro Police Department posted on its Facebook page about a tablet that went missing, but police said it's not the everyday tablet that your kids play Roblox or Minecraft on.

The lost tablet is a communication device used by an autistic child.

Police said they think the tablet fell off a car somewhere on Lexington Road, between Sacred Heart Academy and Cannons Lane.

If you see it, you're asked to call the LMPD non-emergency line at 502-574-7111.
