LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department issued a Golden Alert for a 75-year-old woman who has been missing for more than a week. 

Ethel Hollingsworth, 75, has been missing since 3 p.m. Oct. 22. That's when she was last seen near her home in the 300 block of Crescent Spring Drive in the Clifton neighborhood, according to a news release from LMPD. 

Hollingsworth is described as a 5-foot-8-inch white woman weighing approximately 100 pounds. No clothing description is available. Police said she suffers from dementia and has been experiencing "paranoid and delusional episodes."
