LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A man was seriously injured after being hit by a southern Indiana police cruiser on Sunday night.
According to Indiana State Police, a 45-year-old man was walking southbound in the fog line of the southbound lane of Corydon Ramsey Road and was hit from behind by a marked Corydon Police Department cruiser.
Police said the driver was Sgt. Glen Crawford, who was on duty at the time of the crash.
The victim was taken by Harrison County EMS to UofL Hospital with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
