LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Nelson County is hosting a flood relief donation drive this week.Â
The drop-off point is the Civic Center on South 3rd Street.
It will be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 9. Officials are asking for items like bleach, garbage bags, paper towels, trash cans, sponges, bottled water, shovels, buckets, tarps, wet-dry vacuums, fans and batteries.
Officials said they'll make sure all of the donations are distributed to the appropriate locations to directly help those in need.
