LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Simpsonville, Kentucky, is getting a new 300-acre logistics park.

On Wednesday, Hunt Midwest, a Kansas City-based real estate development company, and Marshall Planing Mill, a subsidiary of Marshall Realty Company announced they are partnering to develop a 3.4 million square-foot logistics park. The park will be next to Interstate 64 in Simpsonville, on Highway 1848 and Buck Creek Road.
