LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A person is dead after being hit by a train Monday evening in southern Indiana, according to police.
Clark County Sheriff Col. Mark Grube said a freight train hit a person at a railroad crossing on Coopers Lane at U.S. 31 around 4:30 p.m.
Grube said police don't know the cause or circumstance of the crash yet.
