NEW ALBANY, Ind. (WDRB) - A Borden, Indiana man has been arrested for driving drunk and impersonating a police officer, according to police.
Around noon Saturday, an off duty sergeant with Indiana State Police says a man in an unmarked Crown Victoria tried to conduct a traffic stop on him. This happened on County Road 311 in the New Albany area.
The trooper says 42-year-old John Brock, flashed a gold colored badge at him and motioned him into a parking lot. He says Brock yelled curse words and threats, and then drove to a retail store.
Brock was stopped by authorities as he got back into his car.
He was arrested for Operating a vehicle While Intoxicated, driving on a suspended license, and impersonating a police officer.
