LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Resurfaced will soon be back in action, this time with a soccer field.Â
The turf was delivered Sunday morning and crews began putting the field together.Â
Resurfaced: Liberty Build is transforming the corner of East Liberty and South Shelby into a community activation space.
City Collaborative says the the soccer field is expected to open Thursday, September 8th.Â
The field will be open to the public at regularly scheduled times each week for youth and adult pick-up games.Â
