Samantha Killary says two LMPD officers knew she was being abuse including her grandfather.

"I'm angry, and I'm sad, and I'm hurt, and I feel like it's just another slap in the face," said Samantha Killary.

The Kentucky State Parole Board denied Sean Jackman in a hearing Tuesday morning.
