LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Sirens went off in Kentucky on Wednesday, but it was just a test.
At 10:07 a.m., sirens blared, cellphones went off a message displayed on TVs, all part of the Kentucky statewide tornado drill.
The goal was to get people aware, prepared and have a plan in case of severe weather.
