LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- TARC is looking for creative students to help bring its next rolling art project to life.

The agency has opened submissions for its annual Design-a-Bus contest, this year partnering with the Portland Museum for a theme centered on “Portals of Transition.”

Students are invited to reflect on a moment of change in their lives and turn that experience into an illustration

Ten winning pieces will be transformed into a full bus wrap, giving young artists a chance to see their work displayed across Louisville.

The contest is open to elementary, middle and high school students in Jefferson, Oldham and Bullitt counties in Kentucky, as well as Floyd and Clark counties in southern Indiana.

Entries are due online by March 13, 2026.
