Kentuckiana's public transportation agency was one of the first municipal transit systems to buy electric buses, but most of them are out of service.
In a news release, TARC said it's launching TARC 2025, which is a planning process and community conversation to determine what the transit system will eventually look like.
It happened in late August in the NuLu neighborhood, according to court documents.
