LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Police say a 10-year-old boy was exposed to sexually explicit material from an unlikely source -- his older brother.
According to the arrest warrant, it happened on April 29. That's when police say 19-year-old Mark A. Cohron showed his brother an iPod containing an image of two naked men "engaged in sexual activity with each other."
The child told his father, who took the iPod from Cohron. The two argued and police say death threats were made.
Cohron was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening and distribution of obscene matter to a minor.
