LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Westbound lanes of Interstate 264 at Breckenridge Lane have reopened. 

Police and emergency crews were called to the Breckenridge Lane overpass about 10:30 a.m. Monday. According to TRIMARC, there was a "medical emergency."

The roadway reopened to traffic about 12:15 p.m.
