LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The coroner has identified the victim of a traffic crash near the Fairgrounds during the Tuesday afternoon commute.
The victim is identified as 42-year-old Troy Payne. Police say he was southbound on I-65 in the right lane when he started veering off the road.
According to police Payne swerved to avoid hitting a car when he overcorrected and flipped his SUV.
Police say Payne was ejected from the vehicle.
He was taken to University Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
