Some lawmakers in the House who defended the General Assembly’s pension reform efforts on the campaign trail this year want to stand on their belief that Senate Bill 151, which was struck down by the Kentucky Supreme Court on procedural grounds Thursday, “was a good idea,” Rep. Jerry Miller said.
