LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A woman who meant to back out of her parking spot outside a Louisville day care accidentally had the car in drive instead, sending the car fully into the building in front of her.
Louisville Metro Police spokesman Sgt. Matt Sanders said the accident happened at Leaps and Bounds Child Development Center on South Hurstbourne Parkway, just north of Watterson Trail near Jeffersontown.
Dee Dee Robinson, the owner of Leaps and Bounds, said the woman behind the wheel was leaving after picking up her child on his or her first day at the day care.
No one was injured, Sanders said, and police don't believe the woman was impaired.
