Omni Louisville Hotel

A third woman came forward claiming she too was sexually assault by Colin Stephenson during a massage at the Omni Hotel in downtown Louisville.

The lawsuit says the woman was "frozen in shock" as a result of the incident.

This is the fifth lawsuit filed against the hotel and former massage therapist, Colin Stephenson.
