The Parkland Library reopened on Feb. 27 after being closed for nearly four decades.
Louisville's libraries have already added more than 130,000 new books and materials during this campaign, cutting down wait times for print books, e-books and audiobooks.
The hope is to ensure more children have access to early learning experiences that support school readiness.
