LMPD responded to a pedestrian being hit by a vehicle in the 3600 block of Parthenia Avenue around 3:25 p.m. Police said a car was going at high speeds when it hit a child and teenager who were on the street.

A seven-year-old is in critical condition and a 13-year-old is also in the hospital after the two were hit by a car in the Jacobs neighborhood on Saturday afternoon, according to Louisville Metro Police.
Katherine Hall is facing several charges after she allegedly ran over a 7-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl on Parthenia Avenue in the Jacobs neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
