Tori Murden McClure was the first woman and first American to row a solo boat across the Atlantic Ocean.

The Williamstown Theatre Festival in Massachusetts will perform "Row", which is inspired by McClure's life and the book "A Pearl in the Storm."
The award celebrates "outstanding people who connect betterment, learning and compassion to nature."
After spending 14 years as the university's president, Tori Murden McClure will retire in June 2024.
