The Scott County sheriff is warning people to be aware of scammers trying to take advantage of the coronavirus pandemic.
Goodin was chosen by the association's board of directors, which represents 92 sheriffs in the state.
Following the positive test result on Monday, Goodin is now in quarantine, according to a news release.
