Preparations are well underway at the Highland Festival Ground a little more than a week before the start of Louisville's two-week marathon of live music.

Bourbon & Beyond gets underway next weekend, and Louder than Life is the following weekend. 

The Tony and Grammy Award-winning musical was inspired by seven-time Grammy Award winner Alanis Morissette's album of the same name.

Organizers are billing this year's festival as "bigger than ever," with a fourth day added for the first time in the festival's history.
