A Kentucky man was arrested after allegedly stealing his ex-girlfriend's car while she was giving birth.
It's not clear if the weapons and equipment has been recovered.
The Madison Police Department said a car was reported stolen from Jefferson Street in the downtown area on Monday.
It happened Monday night at the Kroger in Pleasure Ridge Park.
